Overview

Trustline Platforms provide robust features for effectively managing reports and performing various actions on them from the reporting page.

Getting Started

1. Adding Comments

To add comments to a report:

  • Navigate to the reporting page.

  • Select the specific report.

  • From the Actions menu, choose Add Comments.

  • Any company user can add comments to a report, and attachments can also be included with these comments.

2. Changing Report Status

To change the status of a report:

  • From the Actions menu, choose Change Status.

3. Changing Severity

To change the severity level of a report:

  • From the Actions menu, choose Change Severity.

  • Company users can adjust the severity level of a report.

  • Severity levels range from None to Critical.

4. Setting Reward

To set a reward for a report within Bug Bounty programs:

  • From the Actions menu, choose Set Reward.

  • Company users can set a reward for a report within Bug Bounty programs only.
